The new album from Nitin, London Undersound, will be released in the UK on October 13, 2008 on Cooking Vinyl/Positiv-iD. The album not only features musical collaborations - with the likes of Imogen Heap, Natty, Anoushka Shankar and Sir Paul McCartney - but Nitin also worked with esteemed visual artist Antony Gormley, who created an original image for each track on the album, as well as the cover images.

Thematically, the album focuses "on a range of different perspectives on London from the artists and participants involved. It is an impressionistic portrayal of a city in flux, disharmony and turmoil".
