Far as I am concerned, Mausam is a word in Hindi and it means weather and climate both. It all depends how you interpret it or the way you say it..

Nitin - Any clue when will Philtre rlease in India ?

    Cheers

finally heard this song, in full, on Bobby Friction and nihal yesterday.....absolutely amazing. Love this song. He did also confirm that it means 'weather' or 'climate' on the show.

Really love this track -- Reena Bhardwaj seems to be a great choice for this. The rhythm is just superb. Can't wait for the album on May 2.

Mausam means weather/climate -- but has often been used in Indian
movies in the past to portray aspects of romance, sudden changes/unexpected events or sometimes also aspects of nostalgia about some past event. This song really portrays a combination of these themes -- the lyrics are really beautiful. The other great aspect of this track is the use of the word "rang" (colour) -- "Living one's life in one colour ..." -- wonderful stuff!
