No, I'm not refering to the mysterious dwindling of forum contributors....or visitors for that matter!
Got an email in my inbox from "Bite"....Given the kind of spam that has wormed it's way in from time to time, I was a little apprehensive about reading it but then I noticed the word Complicite in the subject box and realised that it was 'bite' as in the Barbican's Bite. The email was a flyer to inform me that Complicite's "A Disappearing Number" is rolling into town this autumn and looks set for a longish run (5th Sept - 6th Oct)...hence I'm not worried about grabbing tickets just yet....just leave me a couple of decent bumspaces to shop for....incidently, what's a "Superseat"??? Does it massage your back and pour you drinks as well?
As I'm actually trying to get out the door to do a spot of wellington boot panic-buying, I'll skip any feeble attempt at blurb writing and just paste some links.

(Hopefully!) This link will take you to the short promo video, with interviews with Simon McBurney and err... and...err.... http://ms.groovygecko.net/groovyg/clients/barbican/complicite.wmv
Since " A Disappearing Number" explores the collaborative relationship between two mathematicians, it occurred to me that I did not know the answer to that most obvious of questions, "How many mathematicians does it take to change a lightbulb?" ..... typically, there seems to be more than one answer!!! http://www.math.ca/Recreation/mjokes-2.html
